Theft Notification (TN) with Polestar Connect
When the car's alarm is activated, the car owner receives a message to the phone number registered with the delivery centre and then a push notification in the Polestar 1 app.
If you have lost track of where your car is located, you can contact Polestar Assistance via the Polestar 1 app. If it turns out that the car is being used by an unauthorised person, tracking can be started. The police are then linked in.
If the alarm is switched off using the key, the service is cancelled.
