Animal welfare traced Nappa leather
More responsible. More sustainable. The Zinc-coloured Nappa leather upholstery is produced in collaboration with Bridge of Weir in Scotland, ensuring that it’s traceable, chrome-free, and adheres to strict animal welfare standards.

WeaveTech
No, it’s not fake leather. WeaveTech is a 100% vegan, dirt- and moisture-resistant material with a sophisticated look and feel. The durable, Slate- or Charcoal-coloured fabric brings a crisp, modern elegance to the whole interior. It’s also more sustainable, as the manufacturing process reduces the amount of chemical plasticiser from the standard 45% to around 1%.

Upholstery
Embossed textile
Polestar 2’s standard upholstery is far from conventional. The backrests are clad in Embossed Textile, with a geometrical grid structure-inspired pattern, accentuated by two-tone Zinc or Charcoal upholstery. The plain fabric on the lower part of the seat sets off the patterned backrests, while nubuck badges and thin piping supply the subtle finishing touches.

Light ash deco
Making better use of the available wood, Light ash deco gets its unique look from the natural grain structure rather than the optical colour shifts in traditional car veneers. A more sustainable approach that reduces scrap wood and increases the level of refinement.

Black ash deco
More wood. Less waste. Contrary to regular veneers, the Black ash deco inlays enable a more efficient use of the available raw material. Making a feature of the wood’s physical structure, a black wood stain highlights irregularities in the grain to achieve a refined, textured look.

3D Etched deco
Eye-catching geometry. Made of injection-moulded plastic, 3D Etched deco displays a striking angular pattern, highlighting the technical feel of Polestar 2 and matching the haptic rotary knob in the centre console.
Seating
Exceptional ergonomics. Incorporating decades of knowledge from Volvo Cars, Polestar 2’s seats have been designed to offer optimal support in all driving situations. No matter the length of the trip or the style of driving, the shape and structure of the seats will provide continuous comfort.
Heated front seats with power lumbar support
Always in the right driving position. Polestar 2 comes with heated front seats as standard, including electrically adjustable four-way lumbar support to meet the needs of various drivers and passengers. The driver seat’s memory function can save settings for up to six drivers and adjusts them when activated by the Polestar 2 key or Polestar app.
Heated rear seats
All for comfort. Comfort for all. Polestar 2’s rear seats are designed to the same ergonomic principles as the front seats, ensuring optimal support regardless of the number of miles driven. The two outer seats can be upgraded with electric heating, featuring separate temperature controls for each passenger.

Displays
Sensible sophistication. The digital displays integrated into Polestar 2’s dashboard provide the latest in driver information technology without overwhelming the senses. With a design focused on intuitiveness, the interface is instantly familiar, while the screens’ quality and touch sensitivity add to the user-friendliness.
11.2” centre display
The large, frameless “tablet look” centre display uses highly advanced touch technology, sensing a finger even if it’s gloved. Reflection and glare are kept to a minimum, thanks to a durable, anti-reflective coating, while the high resolution and pixel density deliver an extremely clear image.
12.3” driver display
Easy on the eyes. The landscape HD driver display clearly presents the most important driving information, automatically adapting to the amount of ambient light. Sensors continuously control the screen’s brightness to ensure the display is always comfortable to read.
Audio options
Sound quality that’s unheard of. Polestar 2 comes with a high-performance audio system that delivers a rich, nuanced sound throughout the cabin. The optional Harman Kardon Premium Sound system takes immersive in-car audio to a whole new level.

Specifically engineered for Polestar 2, Harman Kardon Premium Sound delivers 600 watts of high-quality audio through 13 optimally placed speakers. Using advanced tuning software to eliminate sonic imperfections, the system produces a powerful, enveloping sound, regardless of where the listener is seated.

A patented subwoofer
Listen to loud music discreetly. Harman Kardon Premium Sound includes an air-ventilated subwoofer mounted in the rear wheel-housing instead of in the cabin. This patented design allows the speaker to pulse more air, enabling extremely low bass tones while minimising noise outside the car.

High-fidelity listening. Polestar 2’s standard audio system pumps out 250 watts of power through 8 speakers, filling the cabin with a deep, rich and clean sound.

Superior spectrum sound
The system’s specialised bass drivers, high-frequency tweeters and front-mounted air woofer improve sonic accuracy while reducing overall distortion. The result is a new level of precision and a bass sound that’s punchy and uncluttered.
Panoramic roof
The optional full-length panoramic roof makes the interior feel even more spacious. Its tinted, 99.5% UV-resistant glass safely lets the sunlight in, while the acoustic lamination helps to keep the road noise out.

Civilisation is a heated steering wheel. Clad in vegan-friendly WeaveTech upholstery, to provide a comfortable, grippy feeling without the use of leather.

Air quality
Time for a breath of fresh air. Literally. The advanced air quality system detects pollutants and pollen and immediately adjusts the cabin filter to help keep them out.

Pre-entry climate control
The perfect cabin temperature, even before driving off. Polestar 2’s climate control system can be set in advance, via the Polestar app or via the car’s centre display. This ensures a comfortable start of the next trip and extends the range as energy-intensive cooling and heating take place while Polestar 2 is charging.

Auto-dimming interior mirror
Turn down the dazzle. Polestar 2’s rearview mirror has an auto-dimming functionality that works in unison with the door mirrors. If the sensors detect bright lights from trailing cars, the mirrors become tinted to reduce glare and avoid straining the driver’s eyes.
Interior lighting
Small details make a big impact. Like the crisp, white ambient lighting that contributes to the interior atmosphere and makes it easier to find things in the dark.
